How do I wash them?
You can hand-wash them with some gentle soap for the best longevity. 

They can also be put in the washing machine on a gentle cycle, 30 degrees or under.

Make sure to dry in the shade. 

Do not put in a tumble dryer.  
How long can I wear them?
You can wear them for many hours, just remember, just be sure to check the gusset for excess blood before heading back into the water. 

Clean out excess blood by giving a quick rinse or wipe out, then jump back in!
How do they work when I get into the water?
The gusset layers of the swimwear bottoms are designed to capture and absorb menstrual blood.

The two Mesh layers trap in the blood.

To make sure you feel completely secure while wearing our swimwear, there are 2 layers of absorbent mesh and a third fully leak-proof layer.

If you have a heavy flow, we recommend putting them on right before swimming for maximum protection.
Can people tell I’m wearing period swimwear?
Definitely not.

The appearance, style and fabric resemble common swimwear styles.
No one will be able to differentiate them from other regular swimwear.
Do I have to wear a menstrual cup or tampon with the swimwear?
Nope! Our swimwear is designed to be worn without tampons and can hold at least 1 tampon worth of blood.

If you have a particularly heavy day, you can wear tampons or cups in addition to the swimwear.
How much blood do they hold?
Our swimwear can hold at least 1 regular tampon worth of blood.

If you have bled into the swimwear whilst out of the water, we do recommend giving them a quick rinse before heading back into the water.
Can this swimwear be used for incontinence?
Yes!! We know that many women suffer from incontinence.

Our products can absorb 10mls of liquid so they can be used for light incontinence.
Do our products contain PFAS?
PFAS (Per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances) are not used in our products.
